0.2 Release

- Added touch controls for mobile. (mobile is very buggy currently)

Changes:

- Hovering over items on the shop now show a blue outline to indicate being clickable. (will have a proper resprite later, for now it was recoloured in the engine)

- Right clicking now works for interacting with objects.

Known bugs:

- Font on mobile doesn't work properly. (i think this is an engine issue and doens't have a fix unfortunately)

- Clicking on the return button on a mobile device will kill the player.
